25 Apr John-Paul | Marietta Headshot Photographer

With Atlanta slowly becoming mini Hollywood, headshots are becoming a major part of my business. John-Paul reached out to me for some updated headshots as he prepares to pursue acting more aggressively. On the morning of the shoot we talked a little of his past expenses in the film industry and how he found me through my brother-in-law. Working with John-Paul was a blast and he took directions very well. I look forward to working with John-Paul again and I know I'll see him on one of the many shows or movies being filmed in Atlanta in the near future.

With this shoot I showed up to location which happened to be Greg's office. After talking for a few minutes explaining how the shoot was going to unfold, I let Greg return to some business while I set up for the first look. One challenge was finding a way to use the office space and surrounding areas for photos. Like most offices there wasn't anything special to it other than a long conference table. Started off with a basic headshot session on a white background then moved onto using the conference table for a few dramatic and lifestyle shots.

02 Jun Taylor | Atlanta Headshot Photographer

Taylor is an up and coming director based in Atlanta, Ga and is also the owner of Fierce Films. I originally planned on doing the shoot using the decor of downtown Woodstock but weather made us make a last minute change. We found a small park called Rope Mill Park near by and took advantage of the gazebo at the entrance. Taylor wanted something a little different from a standard headshot session, so we decided to go for something that had a film noir feel to it. Be on the look out for more shoots with Taylor and some of his films.
